Commission illustrations are printed in full colour on A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) 300gsm high grade archival art paper.

To place your order, please checkout as normal then make a note of your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email.

Head to the Contact Page and fill out the contact form - please make sure any email addresses you use are active - include your order number in the Subject line, and a description of how you'd like your cat in the Message body. As the contact form doesn't permit photo upload, please mention if you have reference pictures you'd like to provide and I will get back to you for these asap.

Once we've established the basis for your cat, you will receive a preview sketch to make sure your vision is being met. Once approved, your piece will then be fully rendered and coloured with a final preview before being sent to print and then sent out to you. You will receive updates at each stage of the commission process.

** Turnaround & shipping **

Please allow up to 3 weeks from placing your order for your finished piece to be shipped - this is to accommodate any unforeseen delays with designing or printing, though you will usually receive your order sooner than this and you will be informed should any delays arise.

Your order will be posted in a flat, hardback envelope via a tracked mailing service and a tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation.

** Terms and conditions**

By submitting a payment you are committing to purchase a cat illustration, customised as per your instruction. You acknowledge you are purchasing a high quality print of a custom illustration only; reproduction in any form is not permitted. Commissions do not include permission to tattoo the artwork or get it tattooed by another artist. Refunds are only applicable before commencement of final printing.
