When will my order arrive?

UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class standard post, within 3-5 working days and should arrive within a few days of your shipping date. 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and can take up to two weeks to arrive. No tracking is provided for this service.

Pre-order items will always have an estimated shipping date in their listing description - please read this carefully when ordering. Any orders containing a mixture of pre-order items and items that are ready to ship will be sent as one package once the pre-order items have been received into inventory.

If your order has not arrived please get in touch via the contact page with your order number.

Can I change my name/address after I order?

Yes, but this needs to be requested as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched I am unable to make any changes. 

 

My order is damaged or incorrect, what next?

Please get in touch with your order number via the shop contact page along with photos of the damage/incorrect items and a replacement will be sent out to you. If an item is out of stock and there are no others you'd like to substitute you will be offered a refund.

 

Can I get your work tattooed by another artist?

No. Reproduction of any of my work in any way is not permitted without explicit written consent. Purchase of prints or books does not grant permission.
